NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 52 attended this meeting - "Structured Networking" - Sharing of Investment Success, Strategies, Tips, Etc. This was a group exercise that gave everyone a chance to get to know other investors.

AUGUST - 28 attended the roundtabel discussion about "Prospering with the changes in the market"
JUNE-JULY - no meetings
APRIL - 45 attended the meeting. Topic covered technology tools for the investor to use for real estate investing. Guest presenter was Tom Cooley.
MARCH - 50 attended the meeting. Topic covered buy and hold strategy - presenter was Terry Samuels of 3CG with his companies strategy for buying and holding.
FEBRUARY - TJ Valenzuela of Trust Administration on Self directed retirement for real estate investing. We had about 50 attend.
JANUARY - Around 50 attended the meeting. Topic covered was on 3 different views of the market from experts in the field and setting goals based on the market trend.
2006 Recap......................
DECEMBER - Annual Holiday gathering. We collected can food for those in need and helped several families. Lots of food and conversation to celebrate the season.
OCTOBER - Open topic meeting dedicated to networking allowed all to get to know other members of the group.
SEPTEMBER - The group had an open discussion about market conditions with guest Ron C. covering various mortgage options for those who are adopting a buy and hold strategy. Lots of good info on new options for loans.
August: Alan Langston, Founder and President of AZREIA was our guest speaker. Alan covered the following " State of the AZ real estate market, Future of AZREIA, and current astivity handled by our lobyist at the state. In summary, the future is bright for all topics covered but the market is adjusting so keep that in mind as you invest.
June & July: NO MEETINGS FOR THE SUMMER
May: The Market Has Changed! What do I do Now? We had 50 attend and made it a group discussion. We broke into 5 groups and talked about how to proceed in this changing market. We covered Fix and Flip, Buy and hold, funding, and how to buy. Great positive ideas on how to adapt to the changes in the market.
April: Chicago Title talked about the benefits a title company has to offer investors. They also introduced the group to many of the on line tools available to clients.
March: The group was introduced to one of a number of tools to help identify pre-foreclosure opportunities. My4closures.com was our guest speaker and presenter of their foreclosure database.
February:The group discussion on the state of the RE market was very good. Rob Motley presented his RE tracking software tool. We had a big group of around 60.
