Dave
Jacobs and Bob Gomez formed U Fixem Properties in 1997 after enjoying personal
success investing in the real estate market. Initially, investing in real
estate was a side venture for the two as they both had successful careers in
the technology industry.
Dave
Jacobs worked for Xerox Corporation for 14 years and Cisco Corporation for 2
years in technical sales and marketing.
Dave has been investing in Real Estate for over 12 years. He purchased his first investment property
in 1995, which was an 8 unit apartment complex located in SE Phoenix. Since then, he has personally bought and sold
large multi-family projects, high end spec homes in Scottsdale, ocean front
property in Mexico and California and over 1,000 single family residences in the
Phoenix market place.
Bob
Gomez was in technology sales and management for 16 years. He worked for Xerox Corporation, Cisco
System, and Adobe Systems. He has been investing
in Real Estate for over 7 years. Has
bought and sold high end spec homes in Scottsdale and 100’s of single family
residences in the Phoenix market Place.
Dave
and Bob started doing fix and flip properties; they originally
purchased foreclosure properties, managed a crew for rehabbing these properties,
and sold them retail for profit. They learned
a great deal in the process of what to do, and just as important, what not to
do. They were very successful and
consequently developed a formula for success.

TYPES OF PROPERTIES We acquire over 95% of the properties in Maricopa and Pima Counties. We can, however, acquire in other areas if requested. We purchase single-family dwellings, condos and town homes. We work with a variety of sources to acquire foreclosure and pre-foreclosure properties.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO INVEST? All properties available are sent out via email. The pricing is fixed and based on a cash purchase. The purchased assumes a fast close. Extensions of the close date can be provided at an additional fee. Properties can be purchased via conventional financing too. We will work with you if your goal is to acquire with minimal out of pocket cash investment.
OUR PHILOSOPHY We take time to find investment properties that will provide a substantial return for the dollars invested. We feel that if we help you through this process and you have success, you will continue to acquire investment properties from us. 2. We offer you the list we use of handymen, plumbers, electricians, and others that will offer you a reasonable price for the work to be done. 3. We assist you in evaluating property values and pricing for your property. We then offer you reduced rates to list your property in the real estate Multiple Listing Service.
